Sámi and settler culture, school museum and old photos.

The museum is designed so that some exhibitions are relatively permanent, such as settler life, Umnäs school-schoolhouse and the history room's documentation of our cultural history from ancient times to the present, with a section for the history of the Sami. There are many newspaper clippings with, among other things, obituaries from the entire district, a treasure trove for those who want to do genealogical research.
