The sale of fishing licenses could now take place in a more organized manner. During the first years, the management was focused on fisheries conservation in the form of releases of pikeperch and pike, but also improvement of the fish's environments and their habitats. Today's administration is largely focused on the development of recreational fishing in Lake Hären and surrounding lakes. Fisheries management in the association is conducted today with the same basic purpose as before; to favor the conditions for fishing and to work for healthy fishing management that benefits fish stocks. The following lakes are within the area: Hären, Svanhalsen (Hyltesjön), Gnosjösjön (Kyrksjön), Kärven, Sunnerbosjön, (little lake), Horsasjön, Maggagölen, Hagasjön, Gärdessjön and Sjöarpsjön.
