Lövångergården is run by us, Emelie and Celina Ahlback. In early spring of 2019, we stood outside the big red log building, surrounded by small red cabins and meter-sized piles of snow, for the first time. We looked around and thought “Wow! What a place". And it’s lucky we did, because we had already bought the place.
In summary, we packed our things, moved from the big city to Västerbotten's countryside, and now we live with our son in Lövånger.
Lövångergården is our family business. With love for the local environment and for the future we want our son to have, we work with local suppliers, use climate-certified products and recycle what we can.
We want to become the obvious all-year travel destination for the midlands. We are constantly developing the business with new concepts and we are passionate about creating unique experiences and events for our visitors.

By bus
Buses no. 12, 20 and 100 all go to Lövånger at least every hour during the day, from both Skellefteå and Umeå.
From Lövånger bus station, it's 600 meters, through Lövånger, past the pizzeria and Coop, until you get to a row of little red cottages in the church village. So practical and simple at the same time.
By train
The nearest train station is Umeå Central Station, approx. 1 hour. A bus leaves from there, see above.
By car
We are located along the E4, halfway between Skellefteå and Umeå, 600 meters from the E4 towards the east. Signs and a facade of the church village can be found along the E4, with arrows pointing to "Lövänger" and "Lövänger Kyrkstad". Follow the road for about 600 meters until 117 church cottages appear along your left. Turn in by the "Lövänger Kyrkstad" sign, and you've arrived.
By air
The nearest airport is Skellefteå Airport, approx. 35 minutes away. From there, we recommend taking a bus or taxi.
